Dear Sir, It has been decided to conduct the 1ST STATE LEVEL BANGALORE RIFLE SHOOTERS ACADEMY SHOOTING COMPETITION & CHAMPIONSHIP at Bangalore Rifle Shooters Academy Shooting Range Widia Layout, Chandra layout Main Road, Bangalore-40 From 26th to 29th May 2016 with a view to promote Sports Shooting Game in the Karnataka State. As per the program attached, Shooters from your Association/Unit/Club/Institutes are invited to participate in this State Level Shooting Competition. Those competitors want to participate in this competition are requested to go through the following instructions carefully for their own convenience and to ensure smooth and successful conduct of the above competitions.

A. MATCHES:-

1. The competition will be conducted according to ISSF & NRAI rules and regulations.

2. Shooters who have participated in National/International Shooting Competitions are only allowed to take participate in ISSF rules matches (60 Shoots), and fresh shooters are allowed to participate in Both NR matches (40 Shoots).

3. The competition will be conducted individually and team events. Teams can be formed by the shooters of the same Association/Unit only in both juniors and seniors category’s. Final entry of three members of the team must be submitted latest by the previous day of the start of the match. Only one team per Association/Unit will be allowed in each event.

4. Shooters taking part in Rifle event are not allowed to take part in Pistol event or vice versa.

5. Finals will be conducted in all ISSF Men/Women Seniors events date and time will be given at Team Mangers Meeting on 26th May 2016, after Inauguration function.

B. ELIGIBILITY OF JUNIORS & YOUTH:-

1. Those who are below 21 years/18 years of age as on 31st December 2016 will be considered as Juniors/Youth (1996/1999 onwards) respectively for the Championship.

2. All competitors entering for junior/youth events must attach an attested copy of a certificate of their age proof with their entry forms failing which their applications are liable for rejection.

3. YOUTH SHOOTERS ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN JUNIOR AND SENIORS CATEGORY SIMULTANEOUSLY. JUNIORS CAN PARTICIPATE IN SENIOR CATEGORY. ISSF/NR matches with extra entre fee.

C. ENTRY FORM/ FEE:-

1. Entry Forms can be downloaded from B.R.S.A website. The entries will be accepted through respective Association/Units only. The entry fee should be remitted by Cash/ Bank draft in favour of BANGALORE RIFLE SHOOTERS ACADEMY only, Kindly note that cheques will not be accepted.

2. The entry forms duly completed along with entry fee should be delivered to B.R.S.A office on or before 20th MAY 2016 late entries with three time’s normal entry fee will be accepted up to 25th May 2016.

3. Entry fee is neither refundable nor adjustable or transferable from one match to another.

4. Protest fee is Rs.500/- and in case an appeal is filed with the Jury of Appeal, then the fee is Rs. 1,500/-. The fee will be returned if the protest is upheld and retained by B.R.S.A if the protest is lost.

D. PARTICIPATION:-

1. No arms will be provided to the competitors by BRSA (Except Schools & Collages). Ammunition will be made available against payment.

2. All affiliated Associations/ Clubs/ Units forwarding the Entry Forms of their members are requested to see that their Affiliation Fee is paid up to date. Their Entry Forms will be entertained only after their arrears, if any, are cleared.

3. The Organizers will have the right to close any match or event in case of any emergency or otherwise without assigning any reason for such an action on their part.

GENERAL

a)All participants are requested to go through the above instructions carefully and ensure strict compliance.

b) All participants are expected to obey by the rules and regulations for the competition, with strict discipline on and off the shooting range. .

c) In case of non-participation by the competitors after submission of their entries will not be allowed any refund of the Entry Fee.

d) All ISSF Matches will be conducted with the proper equipment and dress code in accordance to ISSF Rules and regulations, so shooters taking parts in ISSF events are requested to read ISSF rules regulations and dress code.

E. Individual and Team medals will be awarded as under:-

1. 3 medals where there is a minimum of 4 entries
2.  2 medals where there is a minimum of 3 entries
3.  1 medals where there is a minimum of 2 entries
4.  No medal in case there is a singly entry

Finals will be conducted only In ISSF 10m Air Rifle Peep Sight M/W & ISSF Air Pistol M & Shooters placing first three position they will be awarded by Cash price…
